Along with these great benefits, our members also enjoy promotional and advertising opportunities. The Chamber of Commerce spends approximately 60% of the annual budget advertising and promoting the Deadwood area. The Chamber schedules three annual promotions – spring, fall, and winter. Special events are also an integral part of the Deadwood Chamber. From Mardi Gras to our very own Wild Bill Days, Deadwood is synonymous with fun!

The thousands of people who contact the Deadwood Chamber each year for referrals are given the names of Chamber members only. It’s that simple. If you’re a member, you’re referred. If not, you’re not.

General Business Categories:

Membership investment is from January-December and is billed every January unless QTRLY or SEMI. Two part-time employees equal one full-time employee. Number of business employees is determined by the average number of employees throughout the year.

Special Categories

Non-Profit & Associations: $100.00

Associates: $50.00

Associate member is an individual not actively involved in a business operation. Associate membership does not include listing of business/profession in publications or advertising in Chamber publications.

Additional Listings: $100.00

Additional fee for every additional listing of business/profession in publications or advertising in Chamber publications and Internet listings.

Utilities, Banks, Savings & Loans, Credit Union: $600.00

Membership Directory

Membership investment must be in good standing for inclusion in the publication. The directory is printed on an annual basis. (Printed in March, distributed in April annually.)
